Returns

If you're not pleased with your order you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days after you received your order. Private persons have a 14-day right of withdrawal/exchange of the ordered product when shopping online. This means that you may return unused, undamaged products. For all international orders a return deposit will be added at your cost (10€) if not mention otherwise. 

Return: Kindly note! Returning the product is free for you, but we always charge the shipping costs incurred by the order.

Please note! The return right does not apply on broken or stained unsalable products. A broken or unsalable product will be returned to the customer and we will charge a €20 handling fee. 

For orders that have not been picked up, we have the right to charge a fee of 20€ for our handling cost of the order and for the return.
