Arkivé Care Liquid Detergent for Wool & Silk is specifically developed, as the name suggests, for washing wool and silk. It cleans effectively yet gently, leaving garments soft and airy after washing.
The product is suitable for all wool textiles, such as merino, cashmere, mohair, alpaca, and their blends. It is suitable for both machine and hand washing.
This wool and silk detergent is vegan and fragrance-free, making it ideal for people with fragrance sensitivities. It contains no dyes.
Arkivé Care Wool & Silk Detergent carries the EU Ecolabel, which ensures it meets strict standards for quality, environmental impact, and safety. The EU Ecolabel guarantees, among other things, that the raw materials are sustainably sourced and that the detergent is free from microplastics. The product is manufactured in Estonia using 100% renewable energy.

Returns
If you're not pleased with your order you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days after you received your order. Private persons have a 14-day right of withdrawal/exchange of the ordered product when shopping online. (For orders placed during December, we’ve extended returns to 30 days.) This means that you may return unused, undamaged products. When returning the product please follow the instructions that comes along with the delivery. The return right does not apply on broken, used, or stained unsalable products. A broken,used or unsalable product will be returned to the customer and we will charge a €20 handling fee.
For orders that have not been picked up, we have the right to charge a fee of 20€ for our handling cost of the order and for the return.
